With that being said, closing attorneys are sometimes seen as more or less a commodity (from Merriam-Webster, “a good or service whose wide availability typically leads to smaller profit margins and diminishes the importance of factors (as brand name) other than price”).  Yes, there are many firms that do the same thing we do—close loans.  You can likewise find a cheaper price.  What makes us different?  While everyone says the answer is “service”, we actually deliver great service!
